CRANE RAIL PADS

Crane Rail Pads are durable elastomeric inserts placed between crane rails and their supports to evenly distribute loads, dampen vibration and noise, and protect both rail and structure from wear.

MK2 & MK7 CRANE RAIL PADS

Available as individual pads or continuous strips, they extend service life, improve safety, and simplify maintenance for all types of overhead and gantry crane systems.

MK2 (Individual Rail Pad)

The AR-Mark 2 individual rail pads are designed for discontinuous crane rail support, offers controlled load distribution, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. It's made of a wear-resistant EVA copolymer that can handle repeated loading and resists oil, grease, and UV exposure. The pad features lips that hook onto soleplate edges for secure placement and is precision-cut to fit the rail. Tapered edges reduce stress on adjacent soleplates and grout, contributing to extended track life. 

  • Purpose:
    The Mark 2 pad is specifically designed for supporting crane rails that are not continuously supported (discontinuous mounting).

  • Material:
    The pad is constructed from a durable, wear-resistant EVA copolymer.

  • Durability:
    The EVA copolymer provides excellent resistance to oil, grease, and UV exposure, ensuring long-term performance.

  • Secure Fit:
    Front and rear lips on the pad hook onto the soleplate edges, preventing displacement and ensuring the pad remains in place.

  • Precision Cut:
    The pad is designed to be 5 mm narrower than the rail's bottom flange, ensuring a snug and accurate fit.

  • Load Distribution:
    The pad's design, including its tapered edges, promotes even load distribution and reduces edge stresses on adjacent soleplates and grout, contributing to track longevity.

MK7 (Continuous Rail Pad)

The AR-Mark 7 is a heavy-duty continuous rail pad designed specifically for crane runway rails, offering superior load distribution, vibration isolation, and noise reduction in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured from high-performance elastomer compounds and engineered for seamless installation.

  • Temperature Range: 25 C - 100 C

  • Ultimate Tensile Strength: 10.5N/m

  • Rebound Resilience: 30%
