ARSC Customer Statement on the COVID-19 Coronavirus.

At ARSC, supporting our customers and ensuring our team’s wellbeing is a key priority, our team have been working hard to avoid disruptions associated with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), while at the same time acting responsibly to prevent the further spread. We will continue to closely monitor and assess the developing situation in each of our locations and will be vigilant about communicating with affected customers regarding shipment timing or other issues resulting from this situation.


Please continue to contact your ARSC representative via email or phone for any requirements. ARSC will be here as normal to support our customers.


We have asked our employees to work from home where possible to reduce transmission risks and to keep them and our community safe.


ARSC is complying with all international guidelines regarding travel and has advised against all international and national travel. We are also working with our customers and suppliers to reduce non-essential travel requirements.


Our warehouse and manufacturing sites are operating at normal capacity to meet with customer demands.


Visits to our office have been rescheduled virtually or postponed where possible.


Our team is ready and committed to supporting you any way we can during these unprecedented times.
